All patients at our surgery have a named GP (usual GP) who is responsible for patients overall care at the Practice. If you would like to know who your named GP is, please ask during your next consultation or at reception.
The named accountable GP will take lead responsibility for the co-ordination of all services and ensure their delivery where required.
Please be aware that this does not mean you can only see your named GP as it may not always be possible, but any member of the practice clinical team can access your medical records so continued care can still be administered.
